Hi, together me (Thea) and Orla are running the Liverpool Santa Dash Fun Run, on the 1st December 2024, to raise support and awareness of the inspiring work Refugee Women Connect do.

Refugee Women Connect are a Liverpool based charity organisation that provide invaluable help to women refugees. We feel it is crucial to raise awareness of global human right violations and so we have chosen this inspiring organisation, as they recognise refugee women face inequality and are often denied social justice. They operate extensive outreach programmes, which incorporates weekly drop ins, providing emotional and practical support. These are just some of the many amazing operations they are able to accommodate with the help of their volunteers.

Orla and I will be running around our beloved Uni city- Liverpool, in Santa costumes amongst 6000 other fundraising Saint Nicks! If you are able to, your donation would be greatly appreciated, if not please take some time to learn more about the vital work Refugee Women Connect do!
