To celebrate the start of #RefugeeWeek, the Mental Health Team ran a 'Healing journey' art and music activity with the women in their Monday group.

Draw your own boxes and label them with the songs seen in our activity. Starting with the top left box, play song one and draw whatever the song makes you feel. You can write words if you don’t like to draw.

Once song one is complete, start with the top right box and play song 2, allowing it to inspire you once again. Repeat for songs three (bottom left) and four (bottom right). Tag your images and let us know how it made you feel and what song inspired you the most!
