Refugee Women Connect responds to anti immigration and far right violence - how you can help We have been overwhelmed with offers from supporters and members of the public wanting to know how they can help. We have considered how best our supporters can help and would suggest the following: A donation If you are able please make a donation. Click here to give a one off donation or sign up to become a monthly supporter. Support our #LoveOverHate campaign You can also support by helping us share our message of #LoveOverHate. We want to get as many people as possible to share this message. So please share on social media, take a photo of yourself/friends and family with our message and let’s spread the word far and wide and inspire others to do the same! Women’s Liverpool 10k on 1st September (run or support) For all you runners please sign up and run for us! This September we'll be celebrating our 20th Anniversary. As part of the celebrations we're asking staff, volunteers, service users and supporters to get involved, run the Women's 10k and raise money for Refugee Women Connect. From beginner to seasoned runner, we're encouraging everyone to get involved, join TEAM RWC and run the race on the 1st September 2024. We'll pay for the sign up fee if fundraisers commit to raising a minimum of £100 and we'll share and repost your training and donation page to help your reach your target. If you're willing to take on the challenge, we'd love to hear from you! Email us at [email protected] to sign up today. See here for more details about the Women's 10K If you are not a runner, you can support our RWC running team by donating to them (Team RWC are running the Women's 10K) or being there on the day and cheering them on. If possible please print and wave our #LoveOverHate banner. If you can’t make it on the day you can still send us messages of support and photos with our #LoveOverHate banner. Please email your photos to [email protected], tag us on any of our social media platforms or send your photo as a DM. Don’t forget This should be a time for mourning for the families in Southport and instead has been hijacked as a vehicle for hatred. We will not forget those who lost lives or were injured in the atrocious stabbings in Southport. Our thoughts are with their families and friends. #LoveOverHate Manage Cookie Preferences
